Ashley Baker serves as Creative Director at The Berman Group.  Ashley believes that the most impactful work is interdisciplinary: weaving together design, art and storytelling in service of the practical needs of her clients.


Her past experience includes luxury real estate and hospitality developments, immersive experience design, and brand & campaign strategy for AREA15, Douglas Elliman, The Durst Organization, The Empire State Building Observatory, Verizon, Google, iHeartMedia, and Warner Music Group, as well as private commissions for clients from the Forbes Billionaires List.


A graduate of Carnegie-Mellon University, Ashley brings both cross-functional expertise and an elegant point of view to all of her work, ensuring that the visions of her team and her clients are elevated and executed from concept to implementation.
